Jeffery H. Boyd
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Boyd was named Chief Executive Officer of priceline.com in November 2002 and had been President and co-CEO since July 2002. He joined priceline.com in January 2000 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in October 2000. Before joining priceline.com, Mr. Boyd was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Oxford Health Plans. Prior to Oxford, he was Assistant General Counsel for Lord, Abbett & Co. Mr. Boyd also was a Partner in the private law firm of Robinson & Cole and was an Associate with Sullivan & Cromwell.
Peter J. Millones Jr.
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Peter Millones was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Counsel in April 2003. He joined the company in March 2000 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel and was promoted to General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2001. Before joining priceline.com, Mr. Millones was an associate with Latham & Watkins in New York focusing on general corporate and securities law.
