Chief Executive Officer and President of Travelport: Jeff Clarke
Jeff Clarke is chief executive officer and president of Travelport and serves as a director on the Travelport board of directors and chairman of the board of directors of Orbitz Worldwide.
Most recently, Jeff Clarke was chief operating officer for CA (formerly Computer Associates), where he had responsibility for sales, services, business development, partnerships, alliances, finance and information technology. He joined CA in April 2004.
Jeff Clarke has 20 years of strategic, operational and financial experience with leading high-technology firms. Prior to joining CA, he was executive vice president of global operations for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), where he was responsible for the largest global supply chain and procurement operations in the technology industry. As executive vice president, heading the merger integration, Jeff Clarke played a key role in integrating the operations, finances and corporate culture of HP and Compaq Computer Corporation following the $19 billion merger of the two companies. He is widely credited with leading the team, that identified and captured more than $3.5 billion in savings.
Jeff Clarke was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Compaq Computer Corporation from 2001 until the completion of the merger with HP in 2002.
Jeff Clarke began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985, holding a series of financial positions including finance director for Digital France. He joined Compaq in 1998 following its acquisition of Digital and served as a vice president of strategic finance, and later as vice president of finance, worldwide sales and services, before being named chief financial officer. Jeff Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University.
Jeff Clarke is a member of the UTStarcom board of directors, a NASDAQ listed firm; a board member of the Transatlantic Business Dialogue (TABD); an executive committee member of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) and a member of the Geneseo Foundation board of directors (Charitable Foundation for SUNY at Geneseo).

President and CEO of Travelport GDS: Gordon Wilson
Gordon Wilson, President and CEO of Travelport GDS, is responsible for its global activities across approximately 145 countries. Headquartered in Langley, UK, Travelport GDS comprises the Galileo and Worldspan businesses; Shepherd Systems, an expert in the field of providing business and marketing intelligence to the travel industry; AiRES, the next generation server based internal airline IT product suite, and Thor, a provider of distribution and marketing services to travel-related companies.
Prior to Travelport’s acquisition of Worldspan in August 2007, Gordon Wilson was President and CEO of the global Galileo business. Before taking on global responsibility for its GDS division, Gordon Wilson was President and CEO of Travelport Business Group, responsible for all of its B2B business across EMEA, Asia and Pacific, including companies such as GTA and TRUST.WizCom. Previous roles have included Vice President of Global Customer Service Delivery, based in Denver, CO; Managing Director of Galileo Southern Africa, based in Johannesburg, R.S.A.; Managing Director of Galileo Portugal and España, based in Lisbon; and General Manager of Airline Sales and Marketing for Galileo International.
Before joining Galileo International in 1991, Gordon Wilson held a number of positions in the UK airline and chemical industries.
Gordon Wilson holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a postgraduate diploma in Air and Space law from University College, London. He also sits on the board of SITA, a provider of IT solutions and communications services to the air transport industry.
